How can you find parts on wisentparts.com?
The easiest way is to search by part number using the main search box on the homepage or the search bar in the top navigation menu. Alternatively, you can shop by brand collections, which are also available on the homepage.
Which payment methods do wisentparts.com accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for all orders. For orders exceeding $5,000, we can also process payments via wire transfer. Please contact our support team at support@wisentparts.com for assistance with wire transfer payments.
Is my personal and payment information secure on your website?
Yes. We utilize advanced security measures and encryption technology to ensure your information remains confidential and protected. Rest assured, we will never share or sell your data to any third parties.
How will I know if a part is available?
The availability of a part is indicated on our website:
In Stock: The part is ready to ship within 1-2 business day.
Available for Order: The part can ship within 3-7 business days.
Out of Stock: The part is currently unavailable, and the lead time is unknown.
SHIPPING
Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping charges depend on the weight, size, and shipping method chosen. We offer free shipping for parts under 30 pounds, delivered within 5-7 business days.
Large parts may have additional fees, and heavy parts are shipped via freight at a standard cost of $300. If the freight cost exceeds $300, we’ll cover up to $300. For costs over $600, we may contact you to discuss the extra charges.
What carriers do we use?
We primarily ship most parts via UPS, while free shipping orders are shipped using USPS. For international deliveries, customers can choose from a selection of carriers to best suit their needs.
How can I track an order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and instructions to track your shipment.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email or tracking number?
It’s possible that your email was not provided or contains a typo. Please contact us at support@wisentparts.com, and we will verify your email address and resend the confirmation email.
What to do if I received a wrong part?
Please email us at support@wisentparts.com or use the live chat to send us pictures of the part. We will assist you with the return process and provide a return label.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us via chat or email (support@wisentparts.com), and we’ll be happy to assist. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Does Wisent Parts Center provides phone customer service?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide customer service via phone. However, we are actively working on adding this option in the near future.
