Wisent Parts is committed to providing high-quality components and customer satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer a 180-day limited warranty on all parts, regardless of condition, for orders placed exclusively through our official website. Please note that this warranty does not extend to purchases made on external platforms such as eBay.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Our warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Natural wear and tear resulting from regular use of the part.
- Normal operational wear and expected aging of consumable components, including but not limited to diesel particulate filters (DPF), fuel filters, ribbed belts, and poly-V belts.
- Damage sustained due to road accidents or negligent handling.
- Corrosion, malfunctions, or defects caused by exposure to industrial emissions, chemical pollutants, acid or alkaline environments, plant sap, animal waste, de-icing chemicals, or adverse weather conditions such as hail or lightning.
- Failures in fuel system or exhaust components attributable to the use of substandard or contaminated fuel, including leaded gasoline.
- Improper or careless repair attempts that result in physical or technical damage, rendering the component defective and unserviceable.
Eligibility Criteria for Warranty Claims
To be eligible for warranty consideration, the following documentation must be submitted:
- Valid proof of purchase confirming the order was placed via our official website. In the event of a lost receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Official documentation or receipts confirming payment for services rendered.
- A written service center report concluding that the part is irreparable.
- A certificate from a licensed service facility validating the nature of the repair or diagnosis.
- If the defective part is confirmed to be non-repairable and a replacement is not available, Wisent Parts will issue a full refund equivalent to the original purchase price.
